Target Camera is the name given to the camera located at the bottom right corner of the screen below the race times. It appears every time a firework is launched in the direction of a car.
This camera is not avaliable in the current versions, being a feature of demo versions and old releases from early development. The known versions where this camera appears are demos of CGW, PC Gamer and PC Team (to learn more read the article Demos).
