NY 54

The NY 54 is one of many selectable stock cars available in Re-Volt.

Performance

The NY 54 is a Glow-powered car with a RWD drivetrain, classified under the Advanced class. Overall, the NY 54 is a balanced car with nearly equal performance statistics in-game. Good handling, top speed, acceleration, and cornering ability make this an all around car, and is great for practicing around tracks. However, in some cases, the car's handling appears to be quite stiff on some circuits, as pending on the circumstances. This is frequent in custom creations.

Additional Information

• This car is not present in any of the various Re-Volt demos, however the carbox art shows the same car but with a different name 'NY 55'. This can be seen in "Re-Volt Demo\levels\frontend\carbox2.bmp"
• The player needs to obtain all of the hidden stars in the Silver Cup tracks in Practice mode to unlock this car.
• In the DEV version, the car's *.bmp is green sporting the livery of Iguana Entertainment. The car's carbox picture however, is blank. You can find the DEV *.bmp in the retail version named "caror.bmp". Notably, the car name is "Loaded Chique" in the DEV version.
• The NY 54 is a Glow type car in the Advanced class with a RWD drivetrain.
